Please note that this offer excludes shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. During the checkout process, you can select the "Free shipping" option, and your package will be shipped via ground service through either USPS or FedEx. Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our facility in Arkansas.

Tracking Your Package: Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be shipped within 3-7 business days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. For international customers, please be aware that USPS does not provide tracking information for packages once they have left the United States. For comprehensive package tracking, we recommend selecting FedEx International Priority for all international orders. It's important to note that DIOR SCENTS & CO is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees for orders shipped outside the continental United States.

Undelivered Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we advise you to first check with family members and neighbors, as packages can often end up in familiar hands.
